First-timer FAQ

There's no need! PAC(K) Training is modifiable for anyone at any level. Let the instructor know if you want more or less intensity and the movements will be modified to challenge you at your level. We have total beginners, marathon runners, folks rehabbing injuries, professional athletes, pregnant women... anyone can do it!

The League has two water fountains and sells bottled water and towels. You're also welcome to bring your own! We also have mats and foam rollers in the lobby if you'd like to hang and stretch before or after class.

The League is situated just north of the Houston Heights on 34th Street between TC Jester and Ella Blvd. You can't miss it! You'll notice the bright orange doors that match the big orange sign. There's ample parking along the front and side of the building as well!

Yes there are two showers at our facility and they are first come, first serve! We haven't had any issues with shower traffic.
