our story
The League: Home of PAC(K) Training was founded in 2013 by Terry and Ashley Williams to spark real-life change for people of all athletic abilities. We serve clients that range from Super Bowl Champions and Olympians to weekend warriors, stay-at-home parents, and busy corporate executives. We believe everyone deserves access to high-quality workouts regardless of who you are or what you want to achieve. We believe in changing lives through sweat, community, and loving people well.

PAC(K) Training
power
In this phase, we perform 3-4 sets of a strength and power building movements, led by a Coach who gives verbal explanation and physical demonstration, including modifiers to meet you at your level.
Aerobics
It’s time to sharpen our conditioning! In this phase, we perform 3-4 sets of cardio movements to elevate the heart rate! It’s as fun as it is dynamic and often includes gamified drills.
Circuit Training
Now we dive into team work! In this phase, your Coach builds teams and sends Leaguers to strength & conditioning stations around the room. We rotate around the room with our teams, enjoying timed sets and structured rest periods between 3 laps on the circuit.
(K)eep Moving
Our Keep Moving mantra doesn't mean to never take a break, but to know that a rest period is fuel for the work we put in, which together leads to our transformation.

Wolves are fierce, gorillas are massive, but ants can lift over 5,000 times their body mass. Why look to the beasts of the wild as symbols of strength, when something so much stronger lives right in your front yard?
These tiny and mighty beings are even stronger when they share the load in community. Like the ant, Leaguers are humble in how they show up, strong in how they perform, and at their best when connected to the greater group.
